Our growing design office is the heart of our operation, turning client ideas into engineered, buildable solutions. We're now looking for a talented design draughtsperson to join our team and help us continue delivering excellence in every project.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CAD technician / Draughtsperson with a strong design background in metal fabrication or structural engineering. Working within our design office, you'll produce detailed drawings and models that guide our production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication and installation. Work from client designs, architectural drawings, and engineers Calculations. Develop full drawing packs, including GA drawings, fabrication & Drawings for approval, and material schedules. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design intent and manufacturability. Maintain document control and drawing revision procedures. Contribute to design development and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

? Proficiency in 3D modelling using either Advanced steel or Tekla.
? Previous experience in metal fabrication, architectural metalwork & structural steel detailing.
? Strong understanding of design principles, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
? Excellent communication and time management skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team.
