The Role

We are looking for a motivated and versatile

Design & Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. This role combines creative showroom-based design and sales responsibilities with hands-on support in the warehouse and with deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, excellent communication skills, and the physical ability to handle warehouse duties and the movement of heavy goods.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Sales

Engage with customers in the showroom, listening to their needs and providing design-led solutions. Use design software and product knowledge to create bespoke kitchen and bathroom layouts. Generate quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers to secure sales. Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer journey from initial consultation to completion.

Warehouse & Deliveries

Assist with stock handling, organisation, and general warehouse duties. Support with loading/unloading deliveries and ensuring goods are safely stored. Carry out occasional deliveries to customers, ensuring items are handled with care. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse and showroom.
Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in design and/or sales (kitchen, bathroom, or interiors preferred, but not essential--training will be provided). Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic IT skills and willingness to learn design software. Physically fit, healthy, and capable of safely handling heavy goods. Full UK driving licence (preferred). A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Pay: 24,420.00-38,000.00 per year
