Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable, particularly in a classroom setting. Strong understanding of educational principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to various learning environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships with students and families. University experience is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in subject matter expertise. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that stimulate critical thinking and creativity among students.
