You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, supporting teachers with lesson preparation, and ensuring students have access to well-maintained tools and resources. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in students' educational experience, particularly in hands-on subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, organised, and clean working environment across workshops and prep areas
Prepare materials and resources for lessons, supporting curriculum delivery
Support teaching staff in practical classes and help develop new activities
Maintain, organise, and monitor tools, materials, and equipment inventory
Conduct routine safety checks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
Training will be provided
for the right candidate - enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
