As

Designate Head of Hub

, you'll work closely with the Head of Hub Operations and Heads of Hub across our network to drive operational excellence. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll support multiple sites, step in as senior cover when needed, lead teams through change, and help deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective operations that hit demanding SLAs.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of Hub strategy, KPIs, and operational performance across the network Deputise for Heads of Hub, providing confident leadership and decision-making cover Drive compliance, safety, service, and cost control across Hub operations Develop and coach Hub Managers and Operations Managers to build leadership capability Support peak planning and capacity management to meet business growth demands Use data and insight to challenge performance and deliver continuous improvement

Proven operational leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Strong people leadership skills with experience leading large teams Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions Strong analytical capability, with confidence using data to drive decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, including reporting to senior leaders A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Hub network
