Key Responsibilities



Support students with individual needs and build their confidence Lead safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead Provide excellent pastoral care Contribute to school improvement plans Identify and report safeguarding trends to senior leaders Build strong links with professional services and the community Keep accurate records of behaviour incidents Support behaviour and safeguarding across the school as needed

Requirements



A strong passion for supporting students with SEND At least 2 years' experience in a SEND setting or similar provision Commitment as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, believing every child deserves an outstanding education Experience in a safeguarding role within education
