Title: Designer Apprenticeship (Graphics/Apparel) Location: Milton Keynes A fantastic opportunity is available to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an ideal opportunity to develop existing skills, working on exciting and innovative projects within the Sports, Automotive and Motorsport sectors. You will be responsible for assisting the team with general design duties and specific project briefs for new & existing clients. You will be passionate about design and enjoy a fast paced and fun working environment. Responsibilities - Designing/visualising graphics and branding packs for Bespoke & Stock product ranges. - Creating artwork & technical specification packs where required. - Creating branding/decoration guidelines for our in-house workroom/studio. - Researching design, fabric & product trends and creating mood boards as required. - Designing new concepts for specific client projects (apparel/merchandise/social media/web). - Updating project timelines and liaising with suppliers. - General design duties to include: organising and labelling of samples, fabrics and trims - Filing of project updates & info (both online and hard copy) liaising with the sales/account management and production teams within Dread. Requirements - A qualification in a graphic or fashion related subject. - Graphic & apparel design ability with an understanding of garment construction and decoration techniques. - Strong CAD skills with Adobe illustrator, knowledge of Photoshop an advantage. - An understanding of product tech packs/specifications an advantage. - Excellent planning and organisational skills. - Self-motivated and keen to learn. - The ability to work within a team and take direction is essential. Working Days - Monday to Friday Hours of work - 9am to 5.30pm (Mon-Thurs) 9am to 4pm (Fri) Dress Code - Smart/Casual Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xc2\xa313,650.00-\xc2\xa322,424.00 per year Benefits:
