Sales Manager
will oversee all sales from our Isleworth showroom, proactively engaging these audiences and bringing them in for showroom viewings. The showroom is shared with an exterior-doors company, creating consistent crossover in customer traffic.
We expect

The Person
We are seeking a consultative, well-presented salesperson with
--kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms or similar--into architects, designers or private clients. They should be confident working flexibly between home and the showroom, with occasional visits to client offices or sites. They must live within a
short, reliable commute to Isleworth
, be ambitious, and be willing to work some weekends to coordinate client viewings. They will manage their own schedule and be fully accountable for performance.
Package
Basic salary:
35k-40k
Commission:
3% of sales, with realistic OTE of
25k+
Flexible working
