The Role



We supply high-quality, overseas-manufactured

luxury designer interior doors, wardrobes and kitchens

, sold mainly to architects, designers, contractors and private clients. The

Sales Manager

will oversee all sales from our Isleworth showroom, proactively engaging these audiences and bringing them in for showroom viewings. The showroom is shared with an exterior-doors company, creating consistent crossover in customer traffic.

We expect

1-2 sales per week

, with an average order value of

The Person



We are seeking a consultative, well-presented salesperson with

proven experience selling premium interior products

--kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms or similar--into architects, designers or private clients. They should be confident working flexibly between home and the showroom, with occasional visits to client offices or sites. They must live within a

short, reliable commute to Isleworth

, be ambitious, and be willing to work some weekends to coordinate client viewings. They will manage their own schedule and be fully accountable for performance.

Package



Basic salary:

35k-40k

Commission:

3% of sales, with realistic OTE of

25k+

Flexible working

Up to 25 days holiday + statutory days
