We are looking for a designer, with experience in both print and digital design, to join our in-house Brand, Content and Creative team.

Position: Designer

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Full or part-time, 30 - 36.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Starting from \xc2\xa325,650 pro rata, depending on experience and good range of benefits

As an experienced designer, you will work with the Design Manager in the design, creation and management of high quality, distinctive and on-brand communication materials, across all channels.

You will:

  • Use your experience of Jobs range from creative ideation and input for major campaigns, to quick-turnaround brief-specific tasks.
  • Work within our busy team in the design, creation and management of high quality, distinctive and on brand communication materials, across all channels, and advancing our integration of design and video content, bringing our brand to life, engaging and inspiring our audiences.
  • Be involved in design for both print and digital, including publications, printed mailings, e-newsletters, resources for events and outdoor experiences, marketing materials and reports.
About you:

The right candidate will:
  • Be educated to degree level (or with equivalent training and experience) in Graphic Design or a relevant creative discipline.
  • Be able to work creatively to brief with experience of working to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Have experience of working with and advising teams from across an organisation and delivering to schedule and on budget.
  • Will have substantial, demonstrable experience as a designer, with a portfolio of examples from multiple channels.
  • Be able to demonstrate a good/strong working knowledge and experience of the print process, good layout skills and an eye for detail, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
