We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver first class IT support services to all staff across GreenSquareAccord Limited, this is on a full-time and permanent basis. Within this role, you will be required to provide strong technical service delivery, covering incident, problem and service processes to ensure first-line mobility and desktop , telephony, business critical applications, security and infrastructure support.
This is a challenging, fast-paced role within a broader Digital team. Strong interpersonal skills and a cool head under pressure are essential.
In this key role you will:
Be professional and courteous, build relationships.
Respond to service requests and incidents within our SLAs/KPIs and SOPs. (including triaging, investigation, troubleshooting and resolution)
Ability to provide IT training to customers.
Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
Administration of IT tools, e.g. Active Directory, MDM, Citrix, Office 365.
Installation and configuration of IT equipment/software.
SharePoint and file server administration.
Ensure knowledge base is kept accurate and all requests for service and incidents are fully logged in our ITSM tools.
Be able to support IT projects and initiatives.
About you
You must be passionate about technology and ITSM (ITIL v4) and be willing to gain experience in LANs, WANs, Microsoft products, Halo ITSM, Citrix, Office365 and ITIL processes.
It would be advantageous if you have successfully completed an IT Apprenticeship or have at least one year`s relevant ICT experience working on an ICT support desk.
Due to the nature of the role you will occasionally be required to travel across all GreenSquare sites as required & work flexibly.
