Description

We are looking for a new Despatch Admin to join our team here in Milton Keynes.



Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will primarily be allocating stock to works orders for the shop floor, landing materials onto the SAP system and the creation and inspection of final despatch paperwork for the transport department.

You will work between the hours of 6am-6pm.

For example 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently allocate materials to production Orders Liaise with sales/customer service teams Accurately load material onto the SAP system Carry out paperwork/certification overview in accordance with national and international standards including BS EN9100/BS EN9120 requirements The creation and final inspection of outgoing delivery paperwork Scanning of all incoming material documentation and works orders. General administration duties as required by your line manager

Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent IT skills
