Staffline is recruiting candidates to work as a Despatch operative at our client - based in Dungannon.

This full-time role offers fixed shifts.

The hours available include:

- 7am - 7pm / rotating shift week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday / week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

and

- 7pm - 7am / rotating shift week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday / week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

The hourly rate starting from \xc2\xa310.67 per hour.

Despatch Operative Job Opportunity in Dungannon Food Factory

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team? We\'re seeking a reliable and motivated Despatch Operative to join our team at our busy food factory in Dungannon.

The Role:

• Responsible for the efficient packing and dispatch of finished food products.
• Liaising with production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Operating packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of dispatched goods.
• Keeping the despatch area clean and tidy.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience operating packing machinery is desirable but not essential.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings (7am-7pm).
