The Role:

As

Despatch Team Lead

you will contribute to all food manufacturing activities across the operations of Deli*Lites as designated by the management team. You will also adhere to all company's rules, regulations, policies and procedures

Your Duties

:


Planning, co-ordinating and monitoring the day to day activities of the department and maintaining quality and productivity levels at all times Liaising with the Management Team to ensure production processes meet the demands of customers. Providing first line support in sorting out Picking problems either for quality / shortages / damages. Keeping Intake operations free from 'bottle necks' and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched on an agreed timely basis Ensuring that all paperwork is updated and completed accurately Liaising with the administration department to ensure all associated documentation is completed accurately and accounted for. Liaising with Orders desk to ensure orders are fulfilled to the requirements of the customer. Ensuring that daily and weekly records of work are kept for approval and returned to the office as soon as possible to generate invoices. Attend daily meetings as and when required, providing information upon request.

Desired Criteria:

Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Flexible towards working hours
