We are recruiting production operatives to join and strengthen the existing team, on the job training will be given to successful candidates. This is a challenging and rewarding position, offering potential development opportunities within.

Requirements of our Production Operatives

Time management & reliability

Ability to cope with changes in demands and circumstance

Ability to self-motivate

Ability to work quickly and methodically and complete tasks in full

Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks

A keen eye for detail and understanding of the importance of Quality

Maintaining positive and productive relationships with individual team members and other departments/colleagues

A positive and responsible attitude

A FLT / Moffat license would be beneficial, although not essential.

Responsibilities of our operatives

To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met within the work area.

Ensure all Health and Safety procedures in the work area are observed and followed and that relevant PPE is worn at all times.

To ensure housekeeping duties are carried out and work area and machinery is kept at the agreed standard.

This position will be reporting to the Team Leader. A forklift licence would be beneficial.
