Duties

Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional development. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to attract customers. Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and any operational issues. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective customer interaction. Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy retail setting. Bilingual capabilities are advantageous for enhancing customer service experiences. Familiarity with administrative duties related to retail operations is beneficial.
