Destination Assistant- Support the team who deliver our global portfolio of hotels
At British Airways Holidays, our Destination Team sits right at the heart of what we do. From the hotels we select, to the partnerships we build, to the destinations we bring to life, our work directly shapes the holidays our customers book every day.
Our Destination Assistants are the key administrative support to our Destination Team. Supporting the full journey of our hotel partners - from initial setup through to ongoing management. This is a fantastic opportunity to see how a global tour operator really works, learn from experts in product and buying, and build a strong foundation for a career in travel.

You'll gain first hand insight into:
How hotel partners are selected, contracted, and launched
How product content is created, reviewed, and shared with customers
How commercial decisions are supported through competitor analysis
How a global travel brand collaborates with suppliers around the world
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality administrative support to the Destination Team, working closely with individuals across the business
Conducting competitor and hotel rate analysis to support commercial decisions
Coordinating content with hotel partners, including online copy, images, supplier notes, and promotional material
Supporting the setup of new hotel partners by checking contracts for accuracy, overseeing sign-off, and acting as the final quality check on hotel contracts and content before launch. Organising team travel for overseas partner meetings, handling all logistics
Supporting systems testing, identifying issues, and helping with the implementation of new projects and tools

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the training period and you adopt our hybrid working model once you are fully ready.
