Overview

We are seeking a talented cad operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various drafting software and techniques, contributing to the creation of precise technical drawings and plans. This role is essential in supporting our design and construction projects, ensuring that all specifications are accurately represented.

Duties

Produce detailed drawings and schematics using software such as Solidworks / Teckla. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts into workable plans. Create 3D models.. Prepare construction documents that adhere to industry standards and regulations. Review and revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders. Assist in the development of system designs and graphic representations for various projects. Maintain an organised library of drawings and documentation for easy access by team members.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software i.e Solidworks or Teckla. Experience in creating schematics and technical drawings for construction projects. Strong understanding of graphic design principles as they relate to drafting. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is advantageous.
