We are looking for a passionate and talented Software Developer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle contributing to both front end and back-end development, and maintain scalable software solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences in our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to build robust, maintainable, and scalable applications.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior developers to implement features across web and mobile platforms. Develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient code using React, Node.js, React Native, or the relevant stack. Optimise application performance and user experience. Maintain and extend our existing APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner. Contribute to code reviews and maintain high-quality development standards. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development processes.
Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby (depending on Evergreen Life's stack). Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and/or back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot). Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) and API development (REST or GraphQL). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Agile methodologies. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks.
