We are delighted to be looking for a Development Co-Ordinator to join our New Homes After Care Team. As a brand-new role, you will be responsible for implementing new ways of working, overseeing and implementing the new End of Defect Inspection procedure, delivering an improved service to our customers.
Alongside this you will support colleagues across the team, taking the lead on allocating works to third party contractors, raising purchase orders and arranging post completion inspections of works. Serving contractual notices when required, you will ensure Developers are recharged and monies due to Abri are recouped.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-starter looking to establish a career within a development environment. With support, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the new ways of working are successfully rolled out Whilst some construction knowledge and an understanding of the complexities of new build homes is desirable, above all we're looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, can prioritise their own workload, use their own initiative and work to strict deadlines.
