Overview

We are looking to hire

part time

coaching staff to Deliver sessions during

weekday evenings

within our Academy venues to help our players develop and enjoy the game.

If you are an enthusiastic football coach, confident and outgoing, great with children, 100% reliable and interested in contributing to the success of a childs football development then we would love to hear from you!

Core Football Academy offer additional sessions each week to young players looking to improve and develop their games. You must have excellent verbal communication skills, this role involves coordinating and helping run football based physical activity and football skills for children aged 4 to 14.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football. Strong ability to educate players on techniques, strategies, and the fundamentals of the game. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and motivate players. Ability to assess player abilities and tailor coaching methods accordingly. Strong leadership qualities with the capability to inspire confidence in players. Knowledge of current football trends, rules, and best practices in coaching. For this role you will need:

Experience working with chidren football is essential. FA Level 1 or 2 or UEFA C License, along with first aid qualifications We will run DBS checks for all staff
All equipment will be provided for you, and regular meetings will be held as a group to discuss ideas and liaise feedback with each other.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 25.00-40.00 per hour
