offshore or distributed engineering teams

. Experience navigating

environments Ability to produce

documentation from code

delivery frameworks and associated collaboration tools. Strong written and verbal

communication skills

across time zones and cultures.

Critical Gaming Context

Understanding that

code quality

in

gaming

must meet extremely high performance standards. Awareness that developer tools must integrate seamlessly into workflows or risk abandonment. Experience managing teams focused on developer productivity and efficiency tools.

Preferred Gaming Skills

Prior experience in the

gaming industry

. Knowledge of

cross-platform development

and compatibility requirements. Understanding of

gaming QA

and testing practices.
