Join Cora Health as our Development Manager and help drive forward our digital transformation -- empowering colleagues, improving patient experiences, and shaping the future of healthcare technology.

Join Our Team

As part of our IM&T Build & Delivery function, you'll lead a talented team of Developers working across application design, integration, automation, and data solutions that underpin Cora Health's operational infrastructure.

Here's a look at what you'll be doing (full details are in the job description):

Oversee software development across the Microsoft stack, including .NET, SQL, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Plan and manage software projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Work closely with stakeholders and third parties to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Support build capacity by contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities where required. Drive continuous improvement through agile ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint planning. Champion innovation, encouraging the team to explore emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and chatbots. Promote a "right first time" ethos, embedding quality and best practice across all stages of development.

You'll join a motivated, forward-thinking IM&T team that values creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
