East Ayrshire Leisure's Hospitality Service is growing significantly and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Head or Sous Chef to: Support our Development Manager with menu development and the preparation and delivery of quality food for our Venues and Food Services; Champion Food Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety; Manage our Central Kitchen Operation and Inventory; Train, coach and develop the Kitchen team; Work closely with our Development Manager and Strategic Lead to grow and develop a commercially viable food service that meets the needs and wants of our service users and venue visitors whilst showcasing the best of Ayrshire produce. Rate of Pay

Annual Salary is 33124 - 35927 per annum. Working hours are Wednesday - Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break daily) Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break) Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service and events.
