We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph's engine range.

Flexible working
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
Assist with projects and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with engine testbed operation and calibration tools
Background in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
Committed to maintaining high data quality standards
Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Proactive in raising technical issues and attending stakeholder meetings
Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure
