Summary

We are seeking a passionate Instructor to join our team in Milton, Cambridge. In this role, you will inspire children aged 4 months to 12 years to explore movement and develop their gymnastics skills while promoting self-confidence and teamwork. Your contributions will be vital in helping our young learners achieve their developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

Deliver FUN & engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and fun. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure the safety of all participants during classes. Collaborate with parents to discuss their child's progress and areas for improvement. Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe and clean condition. Participate in training sessions to enhance coaching skills. Promote the values of The Little Gym through all interactions. Build long pasting relationships with our families Help grow our membership through promoting our business to all prospective families and being an ambassador for our programme Be part of our team - understand team work, and make efforts to make our team the best it can be

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly with young children. Strong public communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents. Passion for working with children and fostering their development. Love being on your feet and being active A willingness to try new things and step out of your comfort zone Ability to create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Relevant certifications in gymnastics or child development are preferred.
