About the Role

We need a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure that enables our platform to scale reliably. You will be responsible for deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, security infrastructure, and operational reliability. Your work will ensure we can grow from thousands to millions of minutes of voice processing monthly without service disruption.

This role encompasses infrastructure architecture, CI/CD pipeline development, comprehensive monitoring and observability, security and compliance implementation, and cost optimization. You will establish the practices and tooling that allow our engineering team to deploy confidently and respond quickly to issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring our infrastructure meets European data residency and security requirements.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with four or more years of DevOps or infrastructure experience, with strong Linux system administration skills and expertise in Docker and containerization. You should have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools. Understanding of database operations including backups, replication, and performance tuning is important, as is knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.

Experience with European data residency requirements, Kubernetes or container orchestration, high-availability system design, real-time application infrastructure, or incident response would be particularly valuable. We need someone who can balance reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness in their infrastructure decisions.
