Description of the work

Your Role as a DevOps Engineer

As part of our growing DevOps practice, you'll be deployed on key client projects, where you'll collaborate with the team to accelerate delivery and share best practices. A great example of the kind of work you'll do is our "Open Architecture Research & Development" project. Here, we're developing a secure, scalable platform-as-a-service (PaaS) for a defence client. This platform will use a containerised architecture to process maritime data, and you'll work alongside skilled engineers to help build and mature it. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a cutting edge environment.

You'll be part of an agile team of digital professionals, including other experienced engineers, user researchers, and designers. We work in sprints, focusing on continuous delivery and learning as a team to improve how we work.

Life at DIGI2AL

At Digi2al, you're not just an employee; you're a core member of our "DIGI2AL team." Beyond your client projects, you'll also be an integral part of our HQ team, collaborating with other digital, data, and technology (DDaT) professionals. This means you'll have the opportunity to:

Help shape future solutions and contribute to wider company initiatives. Get involved in every aspect of the business, from business automation to contributing to bids. Work on prototypes and proof of concepts in our HQ Labs, which focuses on solving complex defence and security problems.

We believe in supporting our team members through the highs and lows.

We're a team that's there to support, encourage, and help you on your professional journey. If you're ready to join a company where you can make a real difference and grow your career, we want to hear from you.
