What you'll do

Lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets. Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization. Provide technical leadership across multiple squads. Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog. Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks. Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring. Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers. Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Cloud (GCP preferred), CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, automation tools, and Linux environment You bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset, with experience in: + Working with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)
+ Python development for automation and data processing
+ Managing Kubernetes operations and containerized environments
+ Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
+ Leveraging cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure)
+ Utilizing BigQuery or similar cloud-based data technologies
+ Performing cybersecurity data analysis and mapping
+ Engaging effectively with stakeholders across teams
+ Cyber Security, SIEM/SOAR, On-premises infrastructure, Machine Learning/AI, SAFe Agile

Yearly bonus: 10%
