How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide Healthcare UK is seeking an enthusiastic, people focused, Diabetes Training and Education Specialist to join the team and help support patients and end users of our Tandem t-slim insulin pump- a pump designed to enhance the lives of those living with Diabetes.
In this role, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals, delivering both in-person and remote training sessions to those transitioning to the Tandem T-slim Pump. This is a field based role so regular travel across East Anglia and London will be a part of your day to day job.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing informative training sessions to support patients and healthcare providers.
Collaborating with the Diabetes Account Management team to drive sales growth in your territory. This includes supporting exhibitions and patient "show-and-tell" events.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the local diabetes market
Traveling frequently within your territory and supporting other territories when needed
Seeking & developing projects to enhance delivery of holistic diabetes care.
Attending national team meetings, exhibitions and ad hoc meetings.

The ideal person for the role will have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and Diabetes patients.
You will also need:
Prior experience in a similar training focused role
Any experience working as a Nurse or Dietitian with an understanding of Diabetes is a plus but not essential.
A customer-oriented, service-driven mindset with a passion for delivering the best outcomes.
The ability to work effectively in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
Team player with an ability to collaborate with the wider team to help achieve Air Liquide Healthcare's business objectives
Problem-solving skills to help the Customer Service and Account Management teams resolve customer queries (training will be provided).
