Hours: 35 hrs per week - Flexible, so long as core hours met. Core hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 2pm. Choice of 30 mins or 1 hour lunch. Minimum 2 days on site
Holiday Entitlement - 34 days annually (which will be 17 pro-rata for 6 months), which includes Bank holidays and mandatory site shutdown days.
The Role:
The main role of the
Artwork Coordinator
in the Global Delivery and Improve team is to support the execution and delivery of compliant artwork for Brand Change projects. You will ensure the delivery of the artwork to satisfy customer briefs, right first time in terms of quality, cost and timing.
To successfully and effectively support projects and deliver artwork, the following skills are required:
Communication
- Effective communication is required and on all varieties of media. I.e. Email, Zoom etc.
- Stakeholder management and clear communication with stakeholders in the project including informing project manager of risks and timings of artwork delivery.
- Communicates negative information in a positive light when possible.
