5 Days a week, & one in three Saturdays Hours 8:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Friday) & Every 3rd Saturday in Rotation 8.30am - 1:00pm Annual Salary basic 24,000 OTE 30,000+ 22 Days holiday + bank holidays Located at Hadfield Road. Cardiff. CF11 8WD
This is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to represent our CUPRA / SEAT / SKODA / SUZUKI Dealerships in a Customer Facing Role and assist with the general day to day running of our Car Dealership operations. This role places a major responsibility in the success of our Car Sales & Servicing Business.

You will be a primary point of contact in a customer facing environment, supervising and assisting the main reception point. The role comprises of general office administration and some Customer interaction. A training pathway will be provided leading to Industry Recognised Accreditation.

Office Administration

Preparing Diary Appointments for our Workshop Costing & Invoicing Customer Work Instructions Assisting with inbound & outbound follow-up calls.

Customer Service

Assisting Service Advisors at the Customer Point of Contact. Providing Support to telephone reception during peak times Addressing customer queries Conducting outbound telephone calls to customers verifying that their recent visits had met with their expectations Responsibility for the appearance of the Dealership.

Key Requirements

Good Telephone Manner Essential Smart Professional Appearance Organised with Good attention for Detail Ability to follow processes and work in a team environment Experience within a Customer / Guest Relations environment or a reception position is preferred but not essential Character, Attitude, Energy, Drive and Common Sense are our 5 un-teachables to be successful in this role
