About the role
This role responds to a growing workload for the Directors and key clients who also require confidential, proactive diary management services and executive level administrative support, which Lanarca is commissioned to provide.
The Diary Manager for Lanarca will play a key role in our small team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the postholder will work closely across a range of commissioned projects, as well as supporting the day-to-day running and administration of a very busy office.
A key aspect of the role includes having overall responsibility for the management of a number of busy diaries and to enable the smooth running of the key individuals for all day-to-day activities.
This involves updating diaries immediately as meetings are arranged, changed, or cancelled, ensuring that all details are accurate to keep all interested parties advised of any changes in a timely fashion. A further aspect of the role is executive support to the Directors for a range of logistics, travel planning, administrative duties and organisational support.
The post holder will also have responsibility for office administration, supporting the wider team procuring office supplies, managing post (incoming and outgoing), managing email filing systems and leading on key projects from time to time, such as event planning or supporting collective team projects.
Joining a small but busy team, this role provides variety, autonomy and will be fast paced, challenging and rewarding.
About the location
Lanarca has a fully equipped office base in Winthorpe, on the outskirts of Newark and within 20-30 mins drive time to Lincoln and Grantham. We act as a 'base' for clients from time to time also, receiving client incoming mail and providing office services from our base.
