About the role



We have an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced team empowering clients to achieve significant health improvements through programmes designed for optimal success. Focussing on The 5 Roots of Metabolic Health(TM) and taking a person centred approach to motivate and inspire clients on their journey, you will be delivering individual and groups sessions on the programmes. You will hold the lead role as Programme Champion for the three night/four day Returners Programme for returning clients, coordinating and promoting for the success of the programme. This is a full-time role.

About You



The ideal candidate has strong, approachable interpersonal skills, and confident presentation skills. A degree qualification in Dietetics or Nutrition is a must have and the ideal candidate has 3 or more years of broad clinical experience delivering solution focussed nutrition advice, with special interests in metabolic health and how sleep impacts metabolic health. You are highly organised, commercially aware, with an ability to adapt to new situations and work in a fast moving environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities



Programme Delivery



Deliver nutrition workshops, cooking demonstrations, and webinars across all programmes

Deliver 1:1 nutrition consultations for guests and members across all programmes including detailed notes, completion of protocols, setting SMART goals and tracking progress with the 10 Markers of Metabolic Health tm.

Deliver follow up consultations for current and past clients.

Administer continuous glucose monitors (CGM) fittings and follow up CGM consultations.

Continuous improvement analysis of nutrition presentations to ensure they are up to date with the latest evidence based research

Conduct Accuniq Body Composition Health Assessments

Programme Champion



Lead the timetabling, coordination, and promotion for the 3 night/4 day Returners Programme

Arrange and manage external speakers for programme enrichment

Develop new content and resources for the Returners Programme

Liaise with the marketing team to cocreate resources for programmes and ensure website accuracy

Provide feedback and collaboration with marketing on communications and programme materials

Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and team efficiency

Ensure alignment of team activities with the overall mission of delivering a great client experience and increasing business

Proactively seek and nurture new business and collaborative opportunities with external individuals and organisations

Root Champion - Sleep



Hold the team specialist role for the Sleep Root, understanding and advising on how sleep impacts metabolic health

Deliver Sleep workshops across all programmes

Deliver ad hoc Sleep webinars, both live and pre-recorded. Conduct Q&A sessions around the Sleep Root

Deliver 1:1 Sleep Consultations for Metabolic Members at Combe Grove including detailed notes, setting SMART goals, completion of protocols and tracking progress on their metabolic markers. Provide appropriate resources

Continuous improvement analysis of Sleep presentations and content to ensure that they are up to date with the latest evidence based research

Client Management and Salese Enablement



Act as first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely responses to achieve maximum conversion

Provide ongoing client management including blood test coordination, consultation packages, and personalised follow ups

Support clients throughout their programme experience, answering questions and resolving needs in real time

Conduct discovery calls with clients logged in the CRM

Identify and implement revenue generating opportunities

Participate in initiatives to grow revenue opportunities and market share and enhance the organisations reputation

Liaising between commercial and business performance teams to align commercial plans with operational capacity and readiness

Use all marketing and performance data avenues to monitor, analyse and report activity, adjusting strategies and actin plans accordingly

Proactively drive forward activities across cross functional teams, showing innovative solutions in order to tenaciously grow sales activities

Support all areas of the organisation in planning projects clearly identifying the return on investment of projects and service delivery

Ensure that the team structure is reviewed at least bi-annually, to ensure that it meets the need of the Combe Grove organisation and effect required changes

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Qualifications and Experience



Essential

A degree level qualification or higher in Dietetics or Nutrition

3 or more years' clinical nutrition experience

A passion for metabolic health

A special interest in Sleep and how it impacts metabolic health
