We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual media and possess strong technical skills in video editing software. This role involves working closely with our team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, particularly in the realm of public relations and social media management.
Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and social media content creation.
Assist in developing video creation and design for promotion and educational purposes
Ensure all video content is optimised for various distribution channels, including websites, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Cap Cut Pro
Strong understanding of social media management strategies.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
This role is a self employed role, in an office environment.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
16+ hours week and days and hours are flexible to fit in with personal and company needs.
