Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Tradectory, you'll play a central role in building strong, long-lasting client relationships while driving the delivery of outstanding marketing results. You'll act as the strategic link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring every project is executed with clarity, purpose, and measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, markets, and challenges to shape effective, strategy-led marketing plans.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring work is aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams (SEO, content, creative, web, paid media, etc.) and manage ongoing collaboration.
Review and quality-check deliverables to ensure they meet both client expectations and agency standards.
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and next-step recommendations in a way that inspires confidence and demonstrates value.
Lead regular client update meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, new initiatives, and improved performance.
Agency Responsibilities:
Champion the client voice across the agency, ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve communication workflows, and strengthen project outcomes.
Contribute to the ongoing development of Tradectory's methodologies, resources, and best practices.
Share insights, project learnings, and industry trends with the broader team to encourage continuous improvement.
Personal Development:
Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends, tools, and best practices across digital channels.
Develop a deeper understanding of how each marketing discipline, including SEO, paid media, content, creative, PR, and more, influences client performance.

Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in an account management or client services role, ideally within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of building trust and delivering outstanding service.
Understanding of core digital marketing disciplines (SEO, content, paid media, web, social, etc.).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident using project management and reporting tools to track progress and communicate clearly.
Strong proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.) for producing plans, reports, and presentations.
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools is a bonus.
