Earn 41,500 per annum plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10% (target 6%)(our pay system is benchmarked and fair) Full Time Permanent Contract Office based at one of our Support Centres in Ross on Wye or Blackpool, with flexible working options available

Make a difference as a Digital Acquisition Manager




Drive digital growth across the PGL Beyond family of brands. You'll attract, engage, and convert new customers through smart digital strategies - from SEO and paid search to paid and organic social.


This role is all about owning our digital acquisition strategy. You'll decide which channels to prioritise, set performance goals, and make sure we hit them. Working closely with our agencies and in-house teams - marketing, digital, and brand content - you'll deliver campaigns that really make a difference.


You'll also keep your finger on the pulse of the ever-changing digital landscape. By spotting trends in channels, platforms, and search behaviour, you'll uncover new opportunities to grow our audience.


And as part of your remit, you'll lead and support our Social Media Lead to make sure our social presence shines.



Is this you?



Hands-on experience with tools that boost SEO and web traffic performance. Confidence using PPC & SEO platforms like Google Ads, BrightEdge, Google Business, and Bing Business Accounts. Strong skills in Analytics & Reporting - think GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and understanding what customers really need. The ability to produce high-quality work on time and within budget. Supervisory/line management experience.


It's a bonus if you also have:

Experience with review platforms like Trustpilot or Feefo. Knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social. Familiarity with web platforms like WordPress and Dynamic Web. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and other coding languages.
