We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong background in paid search, media buying, and performance marketing across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and beyond, while also collaborating closely with SEO and content teams to drive high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and market analysis to inform campaign strategy. Manage media buying and budget allocation, ensuring spend is optimised for the best return on investment. Execute and manage remarketing and conversion tracking campaigns.

Data & Performance Analytics

Use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and DoubleClick (DV360) to monitor, track, and report on campaign performance. Regularly analyse key metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Make data-driven optimisations to improve campaign effectiveness and scale growth.

Collaboration & Content

Work closely with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives and compelling copy tailored to each platform and audience. Partner with SEO teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies. Coordinate with Creatives and Marketing Exec's to deliver integrated campaigns with cohesive messaging and timing.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Test new ad formats, tools, and strategies to keep campaigns fresh and innovative. Proactively seek opportunities to improve campaign workflows, automation, and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in paid search and paid social advertising, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick/DV360. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they support broader search and digital marketing strategies. Deep experience with campaign optimisation, budget management, and performance analysis. Analytical mindset with excellent skills in interpreting data and applying insights. Strong organisational and project management skills -- able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Creative thinking and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points For
