Position Overview
As a
PPC Executive
, you'll oversee and optimise a client accounts across all advertising platforms. This role requires expertise in PPC strategy, data analysis, and delivering outstanding results. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analysing campaigns while working closely with internal teams and clients. What You'll Do
Strategy & Campaign Development
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing terms.
Build targeted campaigns on Google Ads and Meta ads platforms tailored to objectives like lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
Write compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to boost relevance and conversions.
Define precise audience targeting using first- and third-party data.
Execution & Optimization
Launch and manage campaigns, handling budgets and bidding strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement A/B tests for continual optimization.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, refining attribution models to ensure accurate insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and others.
Insights & Reporting
Analyse campaign data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
Create clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and clients.
Lead client discussions, presenting recommendations that align with broader objectives.
Refine internal PPC processes.
What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years in a digital agency environment.
Proven track record of managing successful Ads accounts.
Experience with platforms Google, Meta Ad, TikTok.
Education & Certifications
Ideally (but not necessary) Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in Google, etc.
Skills
Technical Expertise
Google Advertising Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, for implementing, and optimising campaigns.
Meta Advertising:
Skilled in creating and managing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads), including advanced audience segmentation, pixel implementation, dynamic ads, and in-app conversion tracking.
TikTok Advertising:
Proficient in leveraging TikTok Ads Manager.
Data-Driven Insights:
Expertise in keyword research, A/B testing, and CRO to refine campaigns and improve performance.
Automation & Efficiency:
Experience with automation tools to streamline campaign management and optimise bidding strategies.
Comprehensive Tracking:
Competence in configuring tracking solutions across platforms to measure performance and enhance attribution accuracy.
Personal Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering clear, actionable insights.
