This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday - 10am to 3pm with a flexible approach to start and finish times
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
About the Role
Hobbycraft is the UK's leading art and craft retailer with 108 stores across the UK, a website that has grown substantially over the last 5 years and an app that was launched in 2023.
We're seeking a commercially driven Digital Advertising Manager to lead our Paid Media strategy and play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across our stores, website, and app. This exciting role is essential to increasing awareness of our value proposition, attracting new customers, and boosting sales from existing ones--ultimately delivering measurable growth for the business.
In this role, you'll manage a significant online marketing budget and lead performance-driven campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, YouTube and VOD, as well as our newly launched Affiliate program. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with SEO, CRM & Loyalty, Customer Insights, and Digital Trading teams, as well as our media agency, media platform and content creation stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment - ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex campaigns, has excellent communication skills, and embraces a test-and-learn mindset.
