We are looking for an experienced Digital Agency Partner to join our high-performing Agency Sales Hubs. This is a pivotal client-facing role focused on cultivating senior-level agency relationships, driving digital revenue, and delivering strategic media solutions.

Role Summary





As a Digital Agency Partner, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-level sales performance across a dedicated agency patch. You'll drive year-on-year digital revenue growth by developing strong relationships with media agencies, understanding client objectives, and creating strategic, insight-led proposals.



Success in this role will require a strong understanding of digital media, including display, video, data, programmatic and performance solutions, and a natural ability to combine commercial acumen with a consultative, data-driven sales approach.



Main Responsibilities




Represent the full Mail Metro Media digital portfolio with confidence and expertise Develop and maintain best-in-market relationships across agency buying, planning, and precision teams Manage and grow revenue across a defined agency patch Deliver strategic, insight-led proposals that align with client objectives Present to agencies and clients with conviction, creativity and professionalism Identify and pursue media-firsts and new product opportunities Collaborate with Category and Planning teams to address client challenges and secure briefs Work closely with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution Guide and inspire junior team members, supporting their development and growth Analyse campaign performance and feed insights back into future proposals Consistently meet weekly external meeting and pitch targets



Person Specification




2-3+ years consumer digital/data experience in media In-depth knowledge of display, video, programmatic and data solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Ability to create and deliver compelling strategic pitches Skilled negotiator with strong commercial instincts Analytical mindset with a keen eye for insights and campaign results Experience managing a complex sales pipeline Understanding of affiliate and performance media is a plus A natural leader who always leads by example Strong relationship builder (internally and externally) Proactive problem solver Consistently externally facing and commercially focused A team player who embodies the MMM values
