Job Description

The Ecommerce Digital Asset Upload Admin will assist in a variety of areas within the E-commerce production process. The role will involve working with creative teams on a wide range of daily duties and seasonal projects, offering a unique learning opportunity and insight for personal development.


This position is available for someone who is truly passionate about fashion and E-commerce and willing to learn as part of a creative team, but also has a strongly analytical mindset. This ole is full time on a 12 month Fixed term contract.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Support day-to-day E-commerce Studio administration, digital organisation, and project workflows across both B2C and B2B channels. Support Image Archivist and Image & Content Coordinator with efficient classification of digital records, image asset libraries and server archives. Support with maintaining and developing studio collection checklists, product trackers and Dropbox for timely asset upload. Act as main point of contact for the Studio for digital upload and accurate naming of digital assets across both B2C and B2B channels, across all website regions. Responsible for adding detailed colour attribute to each product for efficient categorisation on the storefront. Work with Ecommerce Studio team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects, across both photography and image retouch. Additional daily tasks set by coordinators or Studio management, like creation of shootlists, support with asset naming on set during live capture and ownership of all areas pertaining to Asset Management within Studio Productivity tool.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS




Computer literate, Knowledge of Adobe Office packages and Outlook emailing systems. Knowledge of Excel desirable. Good organizational and communication skills. Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes. Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated. Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
