Description





We are looking to recruit a Digital Assistant to join our Digital team based in Coventry. This is an exciting role, reporting to the Social and Content Manager, which will support the delivery of initiatives across the wider digital team.

What's the opportunity?





This role will support the wider digital team with its marketing and trading activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is early on in their career and who wants to gain experience working across a variety of digital functions, including content planning and creation, social media, PR, performance marketing, email marketing, SEO and ecommerce. You will have the opportunity to work alongside various levels of management and play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives.

What does the role involve?





Due to the varied nature of our digital activities, this will be a diverse role that will include, but not be limited to:Creating, auditing and uploading content into our content management system Social media support, including asset creation, influencer prospecting, community management and UGC management Maintaining the communications calendar to ensure channels are aligned with messaging and creative Carrying out online competitor research and presenting back to relevant teams Becoming proficient in the use of our digital tools to aid data analysis and reporting Other channel support as required

Who are we looking for?





1-2 years experience in a digital role Understanding of digital marketing channels Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems Creative flair with some photography and video editing experience using Canva Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write fluently and without error; be able to identify and spot any spelling errors and grammatical mistakes Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated and proactive Adaptable and quick to learn Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality Enthusiastic about digital marketing and e-commerce Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
