We are looking for a digital business analyst to join our team of over 7000 staff in over 20 countries working for a lifesaving medical technology and renewables group based in London. Our organisation is made up of a numerous medium sized company all working for the common goal of making a meaningful impact.

The company is seeking the knowledge and expertise of a Digital Business Analyst, Within the digital solutions team, playing a crucial role in working alongside many of the group\'s businesses gathering and requirements and leading workshops to accelerate product development. This is hands on role that could see the successful candidate rising through to leadership positions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Digital Solutions team to execute product / solution requirements workshops designed to discuss and extract the core technology needs of our individual company\'s digital solutions.
• Generate comprehensive problem and opportunity statements covering various functional and technical areas. Capture and express business, detailed functional, and non-functional requirements from various stakeholder groups.
• Assist in formulating product requirement specifications, encompassing requirements, user stories, and use cases as needed.
• Engage with our company\'s suppliers and integration partners as part of the processes mentioned above.
• Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to create proof-of-concept (POC) and prototype solutions that align with Company\'s project needs and fulfil their business requirements.

What We Need in Our Digital Business Analyst:

• A minimum of 2 years as of strong business analysis skills
• Experience in agile delivery orientated environments
• A solid grasp of requirements gathering and a proven capability to elicit requirements and comprehend intricate business demands.
• Tech Enthusiasm: Demonstrates a passion for adopting and applying new technologies to address real-world challenges.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Exhibits determination, creativity, resilience, and a strong work ethic in navigating high-growth business environments, leveraging resources effectively, and finding innovative solutions.
• Commercial Strategy: Proven success in utilizing technology and innovation ecosystems to gain a competitive edge for commercialization. Emphasizes data-driven decision-making, simplifying complex issues into clear, commercially viable plans, and maintaining a strategic, hands-on, and consultative approach.
