As they continue to expand their digital initiatives, we are assisting them in their search for a talented Digital Business Analyst to join their team.

As a Digital Business Analyst working on behalf of our client, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and develop digital solutions, with a focus on prototypes and proof of concepts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our client\'s digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, data, and systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, and other team members to build prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for digital solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of AI and IoT components as needed (nice to have).
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess the impact of digital initiatives on business operations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and project status reports.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the successful testing and validation of digital solutions.
• Provide support during the implementation phase and assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with building prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Familiarity with AI and IoT technologies (nice to have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
