Overview of role:





We're looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Capability Manager to drive the development of digital skills and capabilities across RLB. In this pivotal role, you'll support a variety of initiatives from our Digital, Data & AI Academy to our Digital graduate program and professional development pathways ensuring our people are empowered to thrive in a digital-first environment.

You'll also support in the maintenance and delivery of engaging training content, and helping our teams confidently adopt and use digital tools. If you're a creative communicator with a knack for digital learning and a passion for capability building, we'd love to hear from you.

This role could be offered on a part-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Digital Graduate Program Support:

Lead and coordinate the digital graduate rotation program, ensuring each participant has a well-structured and impactful journey. Provide ongoing support and mentorship.

Data AI Academy Support:

Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the Data and AI Academy cohorts as well as supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey.

Professional development of the IT Team:

Shape and align IT development pathways with the BCS/SFIA framework. Collaborate with internal L&D teams to integrate these pathways into broader career development initiatives.

IT Inductions:

Conduct IT induction sessions for new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary digital tools and knowledge.

Microsoft suite upskilling:

Facilitate training sessions and create resources to enhance Microsoft tool proficiency across the business including Power BI.

Training Content Creation:


Design and develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations tailored to diverse learning needs.

Video & eLearning Production:


Produce compelling video and eLearning content to support training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a learning and development role related to IT. Strong knowledge of Learning development tools and video production software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
