Processing new starter / leaver log ins in a timely manner Compile and submitting data returns for payment in line with the strict monthly and quarterly deadlines. Creating and maintaining Excel dashboards to monitor progress against local and national targets Support the Operational Management and Digital transformation teams with communications to patients and assist in the processing of patient responses. Increase understanding of issues faced by patients who are hard to reach, highly complex or digitally excluded and ensure patients are contacted in an appropriate method to meet their communication needs Improve patient access to digital resources, including the NHS App and the practice website. Updating the Priory Medical Group intranet with regular news updates and key information relating to the organisation Work in cooperation with the rest of the Digital Team to update and develop our clinical system (SystmOne) and other key digital tools used in primary care Track progress of uptake in childhood immunisations with a view to achieving 95% uptake and contact those that are hard to reach to encourage vaccination At Priory Medical Group we pride ourselves in providing outstanding care to both our patients and our staff, through benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives and always ensure our team members assist in the implementation of any new processes / procedures that has an impact on the work they do.
