Role Overview



The Lead Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering advanced AI-driven and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem. This role involves building intelligent agents, integrating enterprise systems, driving automation, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The position also includes mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding projects from proof-of-concept to production deployment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agents & Copilot Studio Development



Lead the design, development, and deployment of Copilot Studio agents, including conversation flows, prompt engineering, adaptive card UX, and multi-step orchestration. Configure Semantic Index, implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and integrate contextual enrichment for improved agent accuracy. Build custom connectors, actions, and REST API integrations to extend agent capabilities.

Power Platform Solution Engineering



Architect and develop end-to-end Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse data models. Create custom connectors, extend platform capabilities, and ensure robust integration with enterprise systems. Apply best practices for security, performance optimization, usability, and scalability.

AI Builder & Model Lifecycle Management



Develop and maintain AI Builder models, including data preparation, labelling, training, evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles. Integrate AI models seamlessly into business workflows and enterprise applications.

ALM / DevOps for Power Platform



Implement ALM and DevOps practices for Power Platform, including environment strategy, solution packaging, versioning, automated pipelines, and governance. Ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of all solutions.

Architecture, Security & Governance



Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, responsible AI practices, and governance frameworks. Produce architecture documentation, solution designs, technical specifications, and operational runbooks. Support ongoing platform governance, usage monitoring, and performance tuning.

Collaboration, Leadership & Delivery



Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Mentor engineers and champion best practices for AI and Power Platform development. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and drive them through to production-ready implementations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience



Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and building production-grade AI agents. Deep expertise in Power Platform technologies: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors. Proven experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar capabilities. Working knowledge of AI Builder, LLM concepts, agentic AI patterns, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI) and cloud-native architecture patterns. ALM/DevOps experience with Power Platform environment management and automated deployments. Experience using MCP servers with agents. Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts including multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, decision systems, and autonomous agent design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business users and cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 80,000.00-85,000.00 per year
