As our

Digital Commerce & Trading Manager

, you'll help shape trading strategies and deliver initiatives that drive significant business growth. You'll focus on optimising performance through data-driven insights, robust planning, and stakeholder engagement. From funnel conversion improvements to pricing strategies and product development, your work will unlock maximum business value while enhancing customer experience.



We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, proven stakeholder management skills, and experience across a broad range of commerce and trading environments. You'll combine commercial acumen with the ability to step back from the detail and see the bigger picture.

What will I be doing?



Strategy & Performance:

Support delivery of the AA's strategy and performance plan, including investment and benefits tracking.

Trading Plans:

Manage and monitor trading plans across multiple business areas.

Growth Initiatives:

Drive volume and value growth through data-led insights, pricing changes, and customer engagement improvements.

Performance Measurement:

Set and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Product & Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance performance and customer experience.

Business Cases:

Develop robust business cases for growth initiatives and transformation projects.

What do I need?



Analytical Capability:

Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with other data tools is highly desirable.

Commerce & Trading Experience:

Broad experience across trading and commercial environments (not necessarily limited to digital or product).

Stakeholder Management:

Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions including strong storytelling abilities, creating ideas into vision.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaboration & Adaptability:

Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel; experience with analytics packages and Agile tools is a plus.
