Role Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Digital Communications and Marketing, we are searching for a Digital Communications & Marketing Executive to play a vital role in executing our Group digital strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Group digital team and our expansive communications network, supporting all aspects of digital communications and marketing across the Wates Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage web pages, resources, and posts for our website using WordPress.
  • Develop captivating landing pages, social media content, digital marketing initiatives, digital automations, and email campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Craft and edit engaging videos and animated content, including animations and recordings.
  • Lead knowledge and asset management activities.
  • Oversee our SEO agency to enhance our online presence.
  • Provide reports on customer engagement activities and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • A solid practical experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing B2B Marketing Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working both internally and with external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Essential experience in a communications/digital/marketing function or journalism/PR.
