We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Digital Construction Manager
to lead the lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and digital technologies across various projects.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a history of liaising with stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of BIM standards and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Coordinate BIM Standards
: Develop, implement, and enforce ISO 19650 standards and protocols on projects.
BIM Documentation and Workflow
: Create and maintain BIM documentation and workflow processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Training and Support
: Provide training and technical support to project teams on software and tools, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Project Setup and Coordination
: Assist in BIM project setup and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper implementation.
Model Review and Management
: Review and manage BIM model data for conformance with client requirements.
Technical Support
: Offer technical support for BIM software, ensuring updates and fixes are applied as necessary.
Hardware and Software Coordination
: Coordinate hardware and software requirements for BIM execution.
Stakeholder Meetings
: Participate in BIM meetings with project stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Bid Support
- Write bid responses and documentation for questions relating to Digital, BIM or Information Management.
Trend Monitoring
: Stay updated with current trends and developments in BIM and digital technologies.
Team Support
- Support junior members of the team with Digital, BIM or Information Management.
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Digital Construction Manager and the range of duties to be undertaken. Essential:
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience coordinating and/or managing projects in a Design, Digital or BIM-related role within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and working with common data environments (CDE) to ensure ISO 19650 compliance.
Skills
: Proficiency in BIM software (Solibri Office, Revit, Navisworks)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to train project stakeholders.
Knowledge of quality and document management processes.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Innovative: Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology integration.
Desirable:
Professional certifications in BIM or related fields
Familiarity with advanced BIM and digital technologies (e.g. Morta, DiRoots, Synchro 4D) and common data environments (e.g. Viewpoint For Projects).
